We are seeking a detailed-oriented, proactive Finance Assistant to support our growing finance team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day foundational finance tasks, specifically project accounting, PBI reporting, and data reconciliation.

By mastering core financial transactions, you will help ensure our data remains accurate and reliable, supporting the team in delivering broader strategic projects and new business scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet schedules
• Consolidate and analyze data in Excel for forecasting, budgeting, and related activities
• Support other ad-hoc accounting reporting
• Support project accounting by preparing project accounting reporting with Power BI

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence software (Power BI) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
