This program offers the opportunity to explore how we operate, learn our industry, culture, and strategy, and contribute to projects that enhance client experience and engagement.

You’ll get to

• Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
• Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients

Your team

You’ll be working in UBS Global Wealth Management, Chief Investment Office team in Singapore. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with top talent in the industry as we help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients.

Your expertise

• Ready to defer studies by 6–12 months to join the program, and will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028
• Have legal rights to work in the location where you have applied
• Values aligned with ours: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• Can demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
