AllianceBernstein runs two campus tracks on a single summer cycle, per the firm's student programs page:

• Junior Internship – 10 weeks over the summer for current college juniors, with a path to a full-time offer; select postgraduate-level seats also open
• New Graduate Program – for finishing undergraduates, with select MBA seats by function

Function tracks for both span Market Focused, Client Services, Technology and Operations, and Corporate. AB does not run off-cycle internships, co-ops, freshman, sophomore, or spring-week programs; for the current cycle the firm is recruiting principally into London and Pune in addition to its US offices. A candidate gets one summer shot per cohort and chooses a function track at the point of application – there is no generalist landing that defers the choice.

The firm's campus FAQ states: "Depending on the role, we may provide visa sponsorship. Please review the specific job description to learn more." Independent US Department of Labor records confirm AB as an active H-1B sponsor, with 48 H-1B labour-condition applications certified in FY2025, but the firm routes the gate through the individual posting rather than through a firm-wide policy. For a candidate who needs sponsorship the practical step is to filter for postings that state it before applying, rather than applying broadly and raising visa status afterwards.

Its corporate headquarters relocated from New York City to Nashville, Tennessee in May 2022, and AB itself is majority-owned by Equitable Holdings, its publicly traded insurance and asset-management parent. A Pune, India hub opened in 2023 has since expanded across operations, finance, investment research, technology and client support, with a CEO and Country Head of India appointed in August 2025; London and Pune are the named non-US campus openings on the current cycle. For an early-career applicant the practical consequence is geographic: the office a US or international candidate is most likely to land in is Nashville, London, or Pune rather than Wall Street, which changes the alumni network, the cost-of-living arithmetic, and the in-office mentorship a candidate weighs against peers at competitors clustered in midtown.
