Purpose of the Role

To participate in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division, providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Accountabilities

  • Execute small research projects, conduct research to support strategic decision making, prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings, collaborate with senior management to implement research results for private bank and wealth management, and work closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for private bank and wealth management.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients, respond to questions about products and services, and process transactions with decreasing supervision.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision making in private bank and wealth management.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Who We’re Looking For

To be considered for this programme, you must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2027 and June 2028. Ideally, you would also have a GPA of 3.2 or above and a keen interest in business and finance, with curiosity to learn. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit, all of which might be demonstrated through involvement in extracurricular activities.
