This programme is aimed at students who are considering a career in financial advisory and offers a broad and valuable insight into the diverse career paths available at Rothschild & Co.

Programme Overview

The Spring Insight Programme centres around our Global Advisory division, which includes our M&A, Debt & Restructuring, and Global Market Solutions equity advisory businesses. Participants will also gain exposure to our Wealth & Asset Management and Five Arrows alternative assets divisions.

During the programme, you will:

• Experience the working environment by shadowing junior bankers.
• Take part in informative skills sessions and listen to presentations.
• Network with bankers of all levels.
• Take tours of our historical archives to learn how our success across two centuries has been shaped by the involvement of the Rothschild family and how our business model is unique.

At the end of the programme, strong performing candidates will be offered the opportunity to go through a fast-track assessment process for the following year’s Summer Internship programme.

Eligibility and Requirements

Eligibility: This programme is aimed at students in their first year of university or second year on a four-year course.

• Application Start Date: 29 September 2026
• Application Close Date: We recruit on a rolling basis, accepting and conducting interviews continuously once applications are open. Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit applications early to ensure consideration.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Must be graduating in 2029.
• Must be in their first year of university or second year on a four-year course.
• On track for a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent in your university degree.
• Motivated to explore a career in advisory.
• Commercially aware.
• A good team player.
