Overview

Summer internship opportunity in Global Corporate Banking with potential for 2028 full-time conversion. Open to penultimate year undergraduate or master’s students with strong academic achievement and a track record of quantitative and analytical excellence. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is highly advantageous.

What you’ll do

• Support and assist bankers in managing client portfolios—client development, pitching, and execution; respond to client requests
• Assist in deal execution and follow-up; prepare internal memos and support the KYC process; produce and distribute internal documents for the team (e.g., meeting minutes, market reports, weekly pipeline reports)
• Conduct various statistical and financial analyses
• Perform in-depth company and industry research
• Prepare presentations and other materials for clients
• Learn from and collaborate with teams across the business, including senior corporate bankers, product and support partners, and colleagues from around the globe
• Contribute to projects analyzing a business opportunity for a client and present findings to bankers on potential expansion of the client franchise

Program Overview

The Summer Program is a 10-week experience designed to provide Summer Analysts with exposure to life at Bank of America and opportunities to contribute significantly to the team. It begins with orientation and induction, and assignments mirror full-time responsibilities with goal-setting and a formal review process. Benefits include:
