The Technology Industrial Attachment Program

The program offers a Business Analyst role in the International Technology and Global Payments Solutions Technology (ITGPST). This team is responsible for delivering strategic and transformational change across Bank of America’s global payments and transaction services infrastructure, supporting all eight lines of business.

What you’ll do

Key tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
  • Work closely with development teams to refine requirements into executable specifications
  • Document processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Create and maintain training materials for end-users

Program Overview

Our Technology Industrial Attachment Program is a six-month program (Jan – Jun 2027) designed to provide a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. Analysts support teams that work on the latest technology and emerging technical trends. The program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. You will have access to valuable on-the-job support, opportunities to connect with senior leaders, and the ability to attend various networking and developmental events.

Industrial Attachment interns are given a true associate experience; assignments mirror full-time responsibilities and include goal-setting and a formal review process.
