What You Can Expect

What You Will Do
Business Analytics Intern
- Perform analytics activities across all stages of the analytics life cycle:
- Understand business needs
- Define business questions to be answered using data
- Identify, examine, and retrieve data from various databases and data warehouses
- Write code to source, cleanse, and transform data
- Conduct exploratory data analysis
- Develop analytics models
- Interpret model results
- Explain business insights and implications
- Prepare and present recommendations using visualization tools such as Tableau
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests
- Document and maintain scripts
- Research best practices and developments in related analytics domains, including data engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing
Credit Management Intern
- Support APAC credit management in all aspects of business management and development
- Work closely with senior management, relationship managers, and functions (regionally or globally) on business management and development topics
- Produce analysis, reports, and presentations related to credit topics for senior management
- Support regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by managers
- Participate in transformation projects undertaken by credit management
- Support production of regular management reporting related to credit management
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare management committee presentations
- Participate in transformation projects or WM organization improvement initiatives to adapt to new business models
- Handle statistics and data analysis of large databases
- Assist in defining and implementing new credit development initiatives to support WM business growth
Digital Product Intern
- Join the Digital & AI team and work with senior product owners, data scientists, UX designers, and IT engineering squads
- Support BNP Paribas Wealth Management APAC’s digital strategy by guiding digital product development that blends data-driven insights, AI-enabled services, and a seamless user experience across web and mobile digital channels
- Perform market research by validating opportunities, assessing competitors, and understanding user pain points
- Work with cross-functional teams within the bank (and vendors, if applicable) to crystallize business requirements, drive technical builds, and complete validation and delivery through to commercial launch
- Ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and maximization of product value for Wealth Management clients
- Own the product lifecycle across structured phases—from strategy and conceptualization to launch and evolution—iterating using feedback loops to continuously refine the product
Sales Management Intern
- Implement sales steering activities across all Front Office markets in the Singapore site
- Monitor and report sales management activities (e.g., pipelines, initiatives)
- Support the business pulse and opportunities
- Collaborate with team members and provide support for ongoing projects
- Contribute to new initiatives and developmental activities as assigned and execute them with excellence
WMSG Site Management Intern
- Support the strategic and operational management of the Wealth Management business at the site level
- Gain exposure to the breadth of private banking activities while working closely with Business Managers, Relationship Managers, and functional partners
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance client engagement, support business growth, and improve the effectiveness of frontline teams
- Support the WMSG Site Management Business Manager in:
- Business Support & Execution: Support site-level initiatives, townhalls, client events, and management routines to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business priorities
- Data & Analytics: Support preparation and collection of business performance reports, analysis, and reporting
- Project Management: Participate in and support strategic projects and initiatives (e.g., process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience)
- Communications: Develop management presentation/proposal/communication materials
- People Engagement: Support people engagement activities and initiatives, including Town Halls and Front Office RM and MA forums and sessions
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Site Management
