Position
The HR Summer Intern will support the Headquarters HR team in delivering core HR operations, strategic people initiatives, and projects across the organization. This role offers exposure to HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and HR initiatives, providing practical experience in a multinational life insurance environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end onboarding coordination for new joiners, including induction planning, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and ensuring first-day readiness
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and tracking onboarding progress
- Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with basic reporting, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials as required
- Coordinate activities linked to CHRO-level coverage (e.g., meeting coordination, follow-ups, preparation of materials)
- Support project workstreams by researching, benchmarking, preparing communication content, and tracking key HR initiatives, actions, and deliverables across the team
- Assist with documentation, coordination, and analysis related to HR process improvements
