Talent Acquisition Coordination plays a critical role in our Talent Acquisition strategy and the success of our recruitment efforts. You will join a team committed to building inclusive interview processes and diverse teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will create a positive and memorable experience for candidates throughout the interview process. You will manage interview scheduling and logistics for roles across business areas and office locations, contribute to cross-functional projects that impact Talent Acquisition strategy, and propose process improvements to streamline the candidate journey and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee interview logistics.
• Partner with other coordinators, recruiters, and sourcers.
• Recommend best practices related to interviews and candidate experience.
• Build and manage relationships with internal partners across business areas.
• Oversee workflows across the applicant tracking system, CRM, and events platform, where applicable, ensuring candidate pipelines operate efficiently.
• Support the research, planning, and logistical organization of recruitment events.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant HR software, such as iCIMS, Greenhouse, Avature, or Workday.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
• An enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $37–$40 per hour

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education, training, and skill level.
