Introduction

Perform shift duties to support CIM systems for operations, such as first line CIM recovery according to SOP provided, and escalate to Level 2 CIM engineers when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CIM system and server performance and support other IT-related issues.
• Assist CIM engineers to connect CIM links to the tools.
• Setup, install, and administer terminal servers, Fab PCs, and other CIM-related equipment.
• Conduct regular audits on Fab PCs and CIM hardware to meet cleanroom audit standards.
• Assist CIM engineers to conduct Acceptance Testing for CIM enhancements.
• Perform routine accounts request creation and maintenance.
• Attend to CIM work requests as assigned.
• Record CIM issues and ensure proper logging of all reported and encountered issues.
• Work 12-hour shifts and ensure clear and concise shift pass-down to the next shift AE, including outstanding issues and incomplete tasks.

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or IT.
• At least 1 year of related field working experience.
• Working knowledge in supporting systems for Wafer Fab is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of C Programming, Oracle SQL, Java Programming, Visual Basic .NET, and Unix Shell Scripts is a plus.
