Job Description

• Define and setup Job flow in Control-M across multi-platform systems (Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows).
• Check daily job schedule and liaise with Vendors on incidents and problems related to Control-M.
• Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized adhoc requests.
• Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control-M upon escalation.
• Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients.
• Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues.
• Flexibility and availability to work for production support during early morning/late evening/night hours and weekends.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT related field.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Workload Automation / Job Scheduling of at least 1 to 2 years; preferably Version 9.x.
• Experience in using Control-M utilities for AS/400, Mainframe, Open systems (Unix and Windows).
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Operations support and monitoring.
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to extend work on weekends as and when required.
