Salary & Location

Salary Range: 120,000.00 – 130,000.00

Location: United States, New York, New York City

Responsibilities

• Execute on a broad range of transactions and prepare client presentations and financial models.
• Work closely with Associates/Associate Directors to support Directors/MDs in managing client relationships in the industry sector.
• Contribute to the team’s success by delivering on individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of business strategies.
• Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Champion a client-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge to deliver solutions and generate revenue.
• Coordinate with various product groups and industry teams within GBM.
• Develop and maintain effective industry relationships with legal counsel, external parties, and clients.
• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients.
• Create marketing materials and presentations.
• Support transaction structuring and execution efforts, increasing levels of responsibility over time.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with clients.
• Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create and maintain models.
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data.
• Provide financial and written analysis of companies and industries; apply product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve their objectives.
• Actively contribute to a high-performance and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Bring

• 0–2 years’ work experience in Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Technology.
• Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• High attention to detail and a high level of energy with a keen desire to learn new concepts.
• Obtain and maintain required FINRA registration and licensing appropriate to your functions and responsibilities.
