Responsibilities

• Actively promote credit cards or other banking products to achieve sales targets. Promotion locations include:
  • Designated corporate offices referred by Product & Marketing or management
  • On-site roadshows at designated locations
  • Bank branches
• Assist customers in applying for credit cards via Card + Channel/designated devices, and advise on required documentation.
• Explain credit card features or other banking products/services to potential customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure efficient end-to-end application processes.
• Conduct sales activities in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Secondary education (HKCEE/HKDSE) or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in banking or financial institutions; sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Proactive, persistent, with sales talent
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Good awareness of compliance and company guidelines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Professional Banker qualification from The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers is preferred
