About Mission Software & Services

Our Mission Software & Services business provides mission-critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our clients' innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We deliver intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to partners in defence, government, and commercial sectors.

Role Overview

Join us as a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and enhance mission-critical software and systems. You will contribute to shaping the future and driving technological advancement in the Defence and Public Security sector across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S., serving customers in more than 100 countries. You will implement, integrate, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations while maintaining stringent compliance and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate software and systems in accordance with specified requirements and design, ensuring robust performance under operational conditions.
• Maintain and enhance systems in line with requirements and design.
• Apply engineering principles to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Defence Systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, project managers, and quality assurance specialists to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety protocols, and security requirements for Defence industry projects.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support system operation, future development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprint Scripting
• At least 1 year of experience in game development or real-time simulation
• Familiarity with Unity, C#, and SQL databases is advantageous
