Technician, Assembly

Job Description

• Integrate and install auto-mechanical, electrical, and electronic subcomponents, and robot/equipment, according to process instructions.
• Carry out calibration and acceptance tests on sub-systems, robots, vehicles, and equipment according to process instructions.
• Perform functional checks, setup, testing, fault finding, and failure analysis.
• Service and troubleshoot auto-mechanical, electronics, and electrical control systems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: NITEC in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics & Smart Systems, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive or relevant industrial experience will also be considered.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform fault analysis on hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.
• Able to perform analytical and diagnostic work using measuring equipment such as a digital meter and oscilloscope.
• Advantage with Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to travel overseas.
