Internship - Client Service Intern

Program Overview

This is a six- to twelve-month program with the potential to be hired full-time.

Responsibilities

• Data administration: update collateral database with client-specific data, hedge fund-specific data, and portfolio data including collateral management of securities (bonds, loans, equities, hedge funds, etc.).
• Portfolio reconciliation: assist team members with data comparison to identify discrepancies or variances.
• Daily monitoring of incoming emails to the group inbox; distribute communications to external and internal teams.
• Documentation: assist the team with document execution and general logistics.
• Maintain internal documentation.
• Facilitate systems development.
• Website: continual enhancements of client portals; work closely with business analysts and technologists on user experience and enhancements.
• Create and maintain internal documentation such as team procedures for collateral management and deal-by-deal procedures.
• Settlement of cash activity related to trades.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.
