What you will do

As part of the team, you will support the team in shaping and driving key initiatives for DBS’s digital security and fraud prevention strategy within Consumer Banking. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience in digital platform management, focusing on scam and mule prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Work on marketing campaigns to drive adoption and awareness of our security tools and services.
  • Support the team in tracking the progress of fraud prevention initiatives and gathering data for outcome analysis.
  • Assist in the analysis of data to identify potential fraud patterns and contribute to the evaluation of existing prevention measures.
  • Help maintain clear documentation of security procedures and processes, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Conduct basic research on industry trends in fraud and security to identify emerging threats and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital banking, fraud & security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Basic analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and interpret data to identify trends.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the business and its operational processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and manage basic tasks under guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
