Bank officer/ Assistant Manager - Markets Operations – Equities Settlement

Job Summary

• Perform settlement function for both physical shares deposit registration and CCASS Settlement Instructions (SIs).
• Prepare interchange of stock code input form for share consolidation, subdivision and generate the Excel file to cancel the CBBC/derivative warrant expiration in SMS.
• Consolidate customers’ instruction forms and update the SMS system accordingly.
• Handle Deceased Account assets based on probate.
• Prepare documents for IPO applications and refunds.
• Stock reconciliation between bank and CCASS + SB.
• Assist in conducting UATs for system enhancements and departmental projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline(es) / Higher Diploma.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in securities operations related to share settlement and corporate actions.
• Sufficient market knowledge in the HK market is preferred.
• Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
