What you do

You will:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of key recruitment events for our internship programmes.
  • Prepare impactful recruitment materials and manage job postings across various platforms.
  • Source and actively recruit candidates through databases, social media, and campus networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify promising candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using established methods to assess candidate fit.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process, building positive relationships.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Possess hands-on experience with various recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
