What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Processing & Verification: support the accurate and timely processing of invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax requirements
  • Financial Systems: post invoices and maintain records using Oracle Cloud
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: assist in identifying discrepancies, reconciling invoice data, and generating reports for tracking and analysis
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Operations, IT, and external vendors to resolve invoice-related queries
  • Process Improvement: participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within invoice processing workflows
  • Ad-hoc Support: provide operational support to the Financial Control team as required
