Job Description
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and passionate person to join our Institutional Client Solutions team. The Analyst will:
- Coordinate responses to client inquiries and prep for performance update calls
- Oversee ongoing client contact to ensure regular touchpoints and strong relationships
- Work closely with the BXMA team to create high-quality materials to update clients on their experience with BXMA and refresh these materials periodically
- Contribute to a growing business line within BXMA by working across functional areas to establish and drive execution on client-related initiatives
- Support late-stage prospect activity, including materials, meeting preparation and management, and tracking
- Produce best-in-class content with a focus on thought leadership and driving commercial outcomes for specific products and client situations
- Assess client risk and determine appropriate next steps to ensure best-in-class client engagement
- Complete due diligence requests, create investor profiles and related preparation materials
Qualifications
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Prior internship or work experience at a financial services firm is preferred. The successful candidate should have 1+ years of prior work experience and must have an undergraduate degree with a strong academic track record. Prior experience working with clients directly or on client-related presentations is a strong preference.
In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Effective writing skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Be a collaborative team player and also work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good judgment
- Experience working in a dynamic environment

Compensation
Expected annual base salary range: $145,000 - $160,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside the US, posted salary bands may be superseded by local market compensation processes.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and potential eligibility for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
