Role
The Global Client Group is seeking an Analyst / Associate – Credit & Multi-Asset Solutions, Fundraise Management, to work with Brookfield’s Credit and Investment Solutions platforms on a range of activities including assisting with the development and management of new credit solutions/strategies as well as supporting marketing and fundraising activities across Brookfield’s existing credit products.
Responsibilities
- Support the team leading the project management of multi-asset and asset-based finance strategies across product management, strategy, and client proposal initiatives for commingled funds, single sector separately managed accounts, and multi-asset proposals.
- Strategize and draft strategic client proposals across credit and multi-asset solutions, including building model portfolios, creating client presentations, and incorporating market intelligence into tailored messaging.
- Create and compile strategy-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations, and other related documents.
- Project manage all fundraising deliverables, such as coordinating client calls, meetings, and on-sites to advance investor due diligence processes and interest.
- Assist in facilitating key decisions throughout the fundraising process with all stakeholder groups – Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations, and Investment Teams.
- Be a source of information and advisor for Brookfield’s product offerings, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Develop a strong understanding of the institutional landscape and the preferences, styles, and requirements for credit investors across key regions and investor types.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or another relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1-4 years in investor relations, fundraising, and/or investment in private markets, with a preference for candidates with direct experience in alternatives.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to manipulate and summarize data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team approach and a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity and honesty.
- Experience in high-volume processes and technology-enabled solutions.
Salary: $105,000 - $150,000

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
