• Analyst Program (US and UK undergraduates): generally two years
• Associate Program (US and UK): a structured two-year experience, evaluating companies across early-stage, late-stage, leveraged-buyout, and public situations
• Summer Growth Experience: the firm's summer internship
• MBA track: full-time MBA hires join as Vice Presidents, building relationships with founders and companies
• Outside the US: Analysts with roughly 1–3 years' experience and Associates with roughly 3–5 years, hired ad hoc as openings arise

The analyst and associate tracks are two-year commitments rather than a single rotation, and because the ex-US analyst and associate roles open ad hoc rather than on a fixed annual cycle, a candidate outside the US is tracking openings continuously instead of preparing for one deadline.
