About the team

Our Product & Design team focuses on delivering the best experiences for live music fans and helping artists succeed in a live context. We are building new in-app experiences to help fans seamlessly learn about live events, tools for artists to engage with their fans, and internal systems to help our teams maintain content quality. We are a small team with big ambitions and unique problems to solve.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute features across three focus areas: in-app experiences for fans to discover live events, tools for artists to engage with fans, and internal systems to maintain content quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product strategy and deliver high-quality design solutions at scale.
  • Contribute to the overall user experience by researching user needs, validating concepts, and continuously refining designs.
