Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on projects
• Provide analytical support to the team in working out and reviewing financial models
• Draft, prepare and consolidate information relevant for written reports, presentations to the relevant management levels for approval
• Assist with management updates and investment/projects reporting matters
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Possess knowledge of investment and financial risk and corporate finance concepts
• Proactive, willing to learn and take ownership of work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
