Responsibilities

The intern will support the Investment and Asset Management teams and gain broad exposure to real estate investment and development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluation of new business/investments including underwriting, research, and due diligence
• Providing research, analytical, and execution support for new business and investments
• Preparation of investment materials for investor outreach and investment committee approval
• Support the team in asset management of existing properties, including leasing, capital projects, tenant relations, and investor relations
• Perform Excel-based data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong interest in the real estate industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and trends
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skills
• Preference is for at least 6 months of commitment
