Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives.
• Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability-related data and support external audit on supply chain data.
• Assist in calling tenders/quotations for IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories.
• Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors for tender invitations and onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information where required.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors.
• Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System.
• Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, numbers-savvy, and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and proactively complete assigned tasks.
