Job Description

• Support business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and leasing inquiries.
• Assist with market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to deliver work timely and accurately.
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and willing to learn.
