Personal Wealth Manager

Responsibilities

  • Adopt a needs-based approach to advise and provide recommendations aligned with customers’ financial objectives and banking needs.
  • Develop and implement wealth preservation and wealth accumulation plans using investment and insurance solutions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships; manage queries, issues, feedback, and complaints with appropriate advice in line with SLA expectations and branch protocols.
  • Share HSBC customer propositions, encourage deeper relationships, and cross-sell other HSBC retail products.
  • Reach out to the client base using provided customer contacts.
  • Ensure all sales and operational transactions are executed accurately and efficiently while complying with audit and statutory guidelines.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard the bank and its clients by complying with laws and regulations, applying ethical judgement, and escalating control issues as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree qualification with relevant customer service experience.
  • New graduate or proven sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Highly driven to excel in both customer service and sales, thriving in a focused and fast-paced environment.
