Our branch network includes around 254 branches and automated banking centres, with approximately 50 Prestige Banking Centres for high-end personal customers, serving a broad segment of Hong Kong’s adult population.

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as Associate Relationship Manager to undergo structured training and develop a wide spectrum of retail banking product knowledge, paving the way for career advancement as a Relationship Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to retail customers in the branch network
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
  • Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines

Requirements

  • University degree / Associate degree, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders
  • Minimum 1.5 years direct sales experience in the banking industry. Applicants from any financial services firm (including insurance or independent financial advisory) will be considered
  • Hold or attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2, and 3 are mandatory; HKSI Paper 1, 7, and 8 preferred) and meet the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined by the Regulator
  • Strong service and sales orientation; self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity with dedication to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Strong situational awareness; eagerness to learn; able to work in an Agile environment
  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) from HKIB are advantageous
  • Work location is subject to change and decision by Line Management upon joining
  • Employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) requirements
