Banker Professional – International Private Bank

Job Responsibilities

• Provide integral daily support to Client Advisors in managing client relationships. Coordinate with a team of colleagues and other essential support groups while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients.
• Assist Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and processes, suitability assessments, and reporting.
• Assist in the account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments.
• Monitor client accounts and provide basic client information management.
• Act as point of contact with Account Opening teams, Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Investor Support teams.
• Liaise with Operations and Client Service Specialist teams.
• Monitor exceptions and work with Client Advisors to conduct scenario-based analyses; partner with Team Leader to monitor risk metrics across the team.
• Contribute to daily administration of accounts and support risk-aware decision-making.
• Support the broader Private Bank team in delivering a premier client experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for the position; unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• One plus years of industry-related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
• Act as a reliable point of contact and demonstrate effective collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Client Service, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Familiarity with JPMorgan Private Bank systems (Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC) or ability to learn proprietary software.
• Experience and interest in financial markets and concepts.
• Multilingualism (e.g., Arabic, French, Turkish, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• One plus years of industry-related experience.
