Position

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Specialist, Investment Services.

In this role you will

• Document management – disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents, file and document management
• Data processing – data entry, basic data analysis
• Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources
• Co-ordination – coordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
• Research – carrying out non-specialist research
• Control – gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
• Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business or geographic area aims
• Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning

To be successful you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a financial services company with focus on client engagement and investment/product advisory
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus to deliver high standards and drive business growth
• Strong communicator and problem solver with the ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional service independently
• Dynamic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders
