About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is an R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develops PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of the life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next-generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

What the Role Entails

• Develop novel and advanced speech synthesis algorithms and systems.
• Optimize speech synthesis models with high quality and fidelity gaming audio data.
• Collaborate with team members from prototyping to production.

Who We Look For

• Major in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Research experiences in speech/audio processing.
• Self-motivated and excited about developing novel techniques.
• Hands-on experience in Python and machine learning frameworks.
