We are seeking candidates for our off-cycle internship from July to December 2026 (6 months) within our Transfer Pricing team in Singapore.

Role Overview

The Transfer Pricing Intern will work within a specialized team advising clients on international tax strategies. You will help clients navigate global tax environments, ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations, and optimize operating models. Your work will provide strategic insights and recommendations to multinational corporations to minimize tax risks and enhance global operating efficiency. This internship offers hands-on experience in international taxation and the opportunity to develop client-facing skills at a leading professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis: Conduct thorough research on the client’s business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support engagements.
  • Economic analysis: Assist in benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies.
  • Documentation and compliance: Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Client engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to deliverables.
  • Project management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams within the Singapore Firm and with counterparts in other countries to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

  • Final-year student in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Law from a local or overseas university.
  • Strong academic track record and active involvement in co-curricular activities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
