Job Description

This role is within the Real Estate Division, which serves stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider. The division leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It focuses on sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail, and large-scale integrated developments.

The intern will be responsible for the following:

• Learning, participating in, and contributing to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for property acquisitions and asset enhancement projects.
• Conducting research and creating a database of regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement of various property types.
• Digitalising current processes to reduce steps and time required to generate proposals and facilitate sharing and use across countries.

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes.
• Experience with the full cycle of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Understanding of different regulations across countries.

Job Requirements

• Desire to learn, creativity, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, teamwork, and respectfulness.
• Proficiency in internet research and ability to validate data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
