The Opportunity: Internship Position

The Intern will be part of the early career campus hiring team. Individuals will be given opportunities to participate in the recruitment lifecycle and be exposed to HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating campus recruitment-related activities, including interview and logistic support.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Participate in campus fairs.
• Support current and new projects to optimize efficiency through data gathering and analysis.
• Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration or Human Resources or Data Analytics.
• Ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• High proficiency in Office 365.
