About Our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and manage the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

Role: Maintenance Engineer (USV)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer (USV) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of USVs. This role requires a strong background in networking, software, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of naval systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in unmanned systems and maritime technologies.
• Demonstrate willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI, machine learning, and automation tools.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in electronics engineering, IT, or digital and network engineering principles.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and digital services.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on naval systems.
• Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork and discipline.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen.

Advantageous Skills

• Knowledge in Electronics Engineering, IT, Digital, or Network Engineering or equivalent certification.
• Other certifications with Electronics-related modules.
• Working knowledge and experience on electronics systems such as radars, communications, and weapon systems.
• Experience in electrical works.
