About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and manage the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

Role Overview: Assistant System Field Engineer

As an Assistant System Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading surveillance systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites following standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers/end-users.
• Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge in Engineering in Electronics or equivalent.
• Experience in providing maintenance service.
• Able to perform 24/7 standby and work out-field on site.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work at height.
• Must be a good team player while also being able to work independently.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous.

Work Location

Tuas (Shuttle service provided) and various mainland/Island sites as assigned.
