Human Resources Internship

Citadel's Human Resources Internship is designed for undergraduate and graduate students interested in pursuing a career in HR. As an intern, you will partner closely with teams across the HR function, build relationships with stakeholders throughout the team, and work on impactful HR projects.

Objectives

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team.
• Understand the landscape of global human resources projects and processes.
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities.
• Interpret and analyze HR data to synthesize results into actionable insights.
• Develop solutions to complex talent challenges to address business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Interest and enthusiasm in a broad range of Human Capital topics.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and an innate desire to learn.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tooling and building agents (e.g., Gemini, Claude).

Compensation

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $2,200 to $2,300 per week.
