About The Role

Our Operations Excellence team is responsible for ensuring that the projects we oversee operate in line with our established processes and procedures. We conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure all our teams are working in sync with one another, and bring up potential issues to the attention of those responsible.

The candidate will be required to inspect multiple areas of a building, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a holistic understanding of administrative, M&E, and customer experience within the facilities management industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform site audits across the projects we manage, administer surveys, and prepare working papers aligned with internal audit standards.
• Analyse how risks can be mitigated and identify the root cause of related issues.
• Communicate audit findings via written reports to the site manager, highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations for bridging performance gaps.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties relating to office facilities and office administration as necessary.

• Possesses technical knowledge of M&E.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Has good written communication skills.
• Possesses strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exhibits discretion and sound judgment.
• Exudes a professional, corporate image and operates with a high level of integrity and work ethic at all times.
