- Act as an ambassador for 55 Ludgate Hill and the Colliers Beyond brand.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, visitors, agents, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate visitor arrivals and manage the property's visitor management systems.
- Support occupier engagement initiatives, community events, and social value programmes.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital screen communications.
- Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective occupiers, showcasing the building and its amenities.
- Arrange occupier services, including restaurant bookings, transport, local recommendations, and event support.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Ensure all reception and customer-facing areas remain immaculate at all times.
- Monitor and report building issues, liaising with Facilities Management and service partners.
- Maintain accurate records and databases while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support health and safety procedures and uphold all company policies and standards.
Qualifications and Skills
You should have a genuine passion for service and enjoy creating exceptional experiences for others. We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, airlines, events, customer service, retail, concierge, serviced offices, or premium front-of-house environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities within a busy environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong desire to continuously improve and elevate the customer experience.
