Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). CIB delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets, and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading, and research capabilities, to corporate, government, and institutional clients. Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support a strong risk and compliance culture while building trusted customer relationships.
- Be accountable for following risk programs, policies, and regulatory requirements, including timely issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Proactively monitor and manage risk, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions aligned with the organization's risk appetite and compliance standards.
- Provide a high level of professional support, including experienced executive-level administrative work, and ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports.
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions.
- Support various projects.
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning.
- Act as an information source on group and company policies.
- Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of the Administrative Support function.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with external customers.
Required Qualifications (US)
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Previous Corporate & Investment Banking or Financial Services experience.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Concur.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Experience supporting multiple executives and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, clients, and business partners.
- Experience preparing and managing executive business materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting documentation.
- Proven project coordination and administrative leadership experience, including onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional partnership.
Job Expectations

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $44.23 - $69.71. Pay may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
