Summer Associate Program

Our global internship program brings together a diverse group of individuals and partners them with industry experts to provide an unparalleled learning and mentoring experience. Our Team: Restructuring

Our Restructuring team provides comprehensive advisory services in complex turnaround, distressed, and bankruptcy situations, utilizing a multi-dimensional approach that generates optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research company and industry-specific financial information.
• Conduct complex quantitative analysis and financial valuation.
• Create client presentations.
• Develop and deliver industry knowledge and strategic business ideas.
• Engage in due diligence processes.
• Oversee the execution of advisory mandates as part of a deal team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completing an MBA and/or JD degree by June 2028.
• Relevant prior work experience.
• Understanding of and demonstrated interest in industry participants, performance drivers, trends, and challenges.
• Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem-solving and numerical analysis.
• Thorough grasp of financial concepts.
• A strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity.
• A positive and collaborative attitude.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Desire to take initiative and excel at what you do.

Note: The annualized base salary for this position is $185,000, pro-rated for 10 weeks. Base pay is just one component of Perella Weinberg's total compensation package which may include discretionary bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and Firm policies.
