Intern Position - Dutch Coverage Team

We are recruiting Interns to join our Dutch coverage team within our Global Advisory division for a duration of 5–6 months. While we primarily operate with two main start dates (January and June), candidates should detail their full availability as there may be other opportunities throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching the industries in which our clients operate to support senior bankers’ marketing initiatives, including contributing content to pitch books.
• Developing and maintaining standard or bespoke financial models under the guidance of senior bankers on your team.
• Utilizing a range of valuation techniques to support client advice, such as discounted cash flows, trading comps analysis, transaction comps analysis, LBO-based, and other valuation approaches.
• Supporting the team in coordinating the transaction process internally and by liaising with clients, their counterparties, and other advisors.
• Developing relationship skills through client contact and exposure to senior bankers.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Fluency in Dutch is essential.
• On track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent in your university degree.
• A genuine interest in corporate finance, with a particular focus on the Benelux region.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Diligence and commitment to excellence.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ambition, drive, and the capability to deliver results while working under tight deadlines.
