A Day in the Life of a Client Service Placement

In the Client Service team, you will act as the crucial link between our clients and industry experts. You will manage multiple projects originating from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations. This is a highly communications-intensive frontline role that requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning expert communications by spending significant time on the phone, screening, and negotiating with relevant experts to match them perfectly to client requirements.
• Understanding the project, market context, and the legal and regulatory environment in which both clients and experts operate.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage appropriate experts.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• A student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree that includes a placement year, graduating in 2029.
• A proven track record of strong academic performance (minimum 2:1).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievements, internships, or part-time work experience gained during your studies.
• Any experience or demonstrable interest in business is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French, or C2 level in one language is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation ranging from £30,000–£35,000 per annum, dependent on individual performance.
• Performance-based pay with uncapped earning potential.
