Transaction Processing Officer

Job Summary

• Provide recommendations on simplification and efficiency improvement.
• Deliver high-quality performance in terms of accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.
• Support tasks migrated from CCPL.
• Support transaction processing activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, if required.
• Monitor hubs’ performance and provide guidance to hub centers.
• Handle irregular cases and special duties assigned by management.
• Provide support to financial processing activities.
• Provide Management Information System (MIS) statistical reports on job volume for management review.
• Take relief duties as required.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good overall knowledge of banking practice and theory.
• Good knowledge in Management Information (MI) and reporting.
• Ability to handle customers in an efficient and helpful manner.
