Important Considerations

A couple of things to be upfront about before applying:

• Sales and Delivery Roles: We require experience in crypto or enterprise B2B SaaS. Selling to and supporting institutional finance teams is a specific skill that is hard to develop from scratch.
• Engineering Roles: We primarily work in Rust, with some uses of Node.js/TypeScript and Python. Previous Rust experience is helpful, but experience in C or C++ is also highly valued.

For all other roles, genuine interest in the space is more important than existing crypto experience.
