A Few Things To Note

A couple of things worth being upfront about:

• Sales and Delivery Roles: We look for experience in crypto or enterprise B2B SaaS. Selling to and supporting institutional finance teams is a specific skill that is difficult to pick up from scratch.
• Engineering Roles: We work mostly in Rust, with some Node.js/TypeScript and Python. Previous Rust experience is helpful, but experience in C or C++ is also suitable.

For everything else, genuine interest in the space matters more than existing crypto experience.
