Responsibilities

• Execute and develop processes and strategy improvements across various procurement, supply chain, and operations disciplines, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement Optimization, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Business Process Redesign, Reverse Logistics, Continuous Process Improvement, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain Risk Management.
• Support service delivery and/or software implementation projects within the supply chain continuum.
• Develop and sustain relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Contribute to the design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner.
• Complete quantitative and qualitative analysis in a structured and scalable format.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology trends (including cloud, machine learning, and AI) to drive data-driven decisions, target operating models, and new business strategies for clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be pursuing or have obtained (within the past 12 months) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or an equivalent program.
• Must have a current or most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or E-commerce operations is required; aptitude and interest in technology such as Coupa, Ivalua, JDA, Oracle Commerce Cloud, SAP, and Ariba is preferred.
• Must possess strong technical, business acumen, critical thinking, and agility skills, demonstrated ability to drive strategic outcomes, and a professional, collaborative leadership approach in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG's client tools and applications.
• Requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to apply professional judgment and skepticism, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a professional services capacity.
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for personal transportation to office/client locations.
• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote based on business needs; remote work requires residency within the U.S. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stays.
